Erwin, ER/Studio, SAP PowerDesigner, Toad, Hackolade, Lucidchart, Draw.io, MagicDraw, Visual Paradigm

Business Analysis & Requirements Skills:

User Stories Creation, BRD / FRD, Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Elicitation Techniques, Stakeholder Management, Client Relationship Management, Change Management, Risk Management
