Senior / Lead Business Analyst - PC Insurance

We are seeking a

Senior / Lead Business Analyst to drive the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards while leading agile teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments and driving continuous improvement
• Engage and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their strategic goals and translating them into actionable requirements
• Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements from multiple cross-functional streams, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability
• Validate that all business and technical requirements are addressed and traceable before UAT, coordinating with QA and business teams to ensure readiness
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• 6-14 years of experience in business analysis
• Expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Management
• Proficiency in BRD and FRD documentation
• Knowledge of P&C Insurance
