Key Responsibilities

Auditing & Report Preparation

• Fully understand and conduct audits pan India for franchises and vendors.
• Prepare, maintain and adhere to the audit schedule.
• Ensure all relevant material/documents are taken during audits.
• Prepare and submit all reports, CAPs and other audit-related documents in a complete, comprehensive and presentable manner, consistent with Client/Intertek quality and TAT guidelines.
• Maintain TAT for report submission.
• Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment.
• Travel and assist in trip planning with short notices as per operational requirements.
• Conduct timely follow-up with clients.
• Complete and maintain audit files.

Training

• Participate in all training courses as and when scheduled.
• Conduct training as per requirements related to food safety standards.
• Share law updates with the team if a new law or changes in an existing law come to notice.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Post-Graduate Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Microbiology.
• Technical Certifications: FSSC 22000 and BRCGS Food.

Experience Required

• Should be a Qualified Lead Auditor with a minimum of 3 or more years of audit experience in BRCGS Food/Packaging and FSSC 22000 Food/Packaging.
• Must be able to handle an audit team independently.
• Must have completed Lead Auditor courses in FSSC 22000 and BRCGS Food.
