Senior Lead Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of journal entries, adjustments, and other transactions affecting the company's financial position.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in financial records and provide support for audit requests.
• Develop and maintain procedures for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles, including balance sheet reconciliation techniques.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience working in an insurance industry environment.
