About this role
Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience owning production analytics platforms - incident, change, access, capacity and cost governance.
Experience enabling and governing AI-assisted / natural-language analytics.
Experience in regulated, audit-intensive environments (documented approvals, access reviews), setting standards
and providing technical leadership.
Ability to manage access provisioning, security changes, SPICE capacity and refresh failures, platform incidents
and user queries within agreed service levels.
Understanding of incident, service-request, problem, and change-management processes for BI platform
operations.
Strong knowledge of platform governance - access controls, security policies, usage and capacity monitoring,
cost governance and audit readiness.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar delivery and support-management tools.
Key technical skills:
o Amazon QuickSight administration - SPICE, row-/column-level security, SSO and namespaces.
o Amazon Bedrock / QuickSight Q for AI-assisted and natural-language analytics.
o CI/CD and release governance.
o Monitoring, alerting and incident management for production BI environments.
Educational RequirementGraduate
