Senior/Lead Analog Layout Engineer : Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced 3-10+ Years Custom RF/Analog Layout Engineer with strong expertise in deep-submicron CMOS technologies and custom layout design for complex RF/analog circuits and IPs.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Custom RF/Analog Layout using advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies, preferably 14nm FinFET and below.
• Strong knowledge of layout techniques for device matching, parasitic reduction, RF shielding, and high-frequency routing.
• Solid understanding of RC delay, electromigration, coupling, and other layout-dependent effects.
• Good knowledge of Guard Rings, Deep N-Well (DNW), PN Junctions, LOD, WPE, and other advanced process effects.
• Proficiency in interpreting and debugging Calibre DRC, ERC, LVS, and related physical verification results.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso Layout Editor (L) and Virtuoso XL.
• Ability to identify failure-prone circuit and layout structures and proactively collaborate with circuit designers to resolve design issues.
• Experience in module/IP-level layout integration and the ability to guide or lead other layout engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Scripting knowledge in PERL or SKILL is an added advantage.
