Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Delivery: Build, test, and maintain production backend microservices and API integrations; lead peer code reviews and resolve technical debt.
• GenAI & Frameworks: Design and implement RAG pipelines, GenAI API integrations, autonomous agent workflows, and reusable solution accelerators.
• Cloud & Automation: Deploy containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP; build intelligent automation pipelines.
• Technical Consulting: Partner with Solution Architects on client architecture assessments, PoC implementations, and technical pre-sales estimates.
• Mentorship: Upskill and mentor junior engineers while contributing to Jade's internal AI Community of Practice.

Core Requirements

• 612 years in software development with 2+ years dedicated to AI/GenAI engineering in client-facing or consulting roles.
• Stack: Strong hands-on proficiency in Python, .NET (C#), Java, or Node.js.
• AI/GenAI: Practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG architectures, and OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Preferred: Cloud associate/developer certifications; familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or Oracle).
