Job Objective

Lead landscape architecture projects from concept development through BIM modeling, documentation, coordination, and final project delivery. Ensure high-quality design outputs, compliance with project standards, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide Landscape BIM Architects and BIM Engineers through technical reviews, coaching, and training initiatives.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, quality control processes, and documentation practices for landscape projects.
• Coordinate landscape models and drawings with Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEP, and Infrastructure disciplines.
• Review and validate landscape designs, planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, irrigation systems, sections, details, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client standards, and regional regulations.
• Identify and resolve modeling, documentation, and coordination issues while continuously improving team productivity and project quality.
• Develop innovative landscape design concepts, site plans, planting plans, hardscape plans, and detailed construction documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Landscape Architecture

Experience

• 4 to 9 years of professional experience in Landscape Architecture.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale landscape projects across the US, UK, Europe, Germany, and Middle East regions.
• Exposure to hospitality, residential, commercial, infrastructure, and public realm projects.
