Senior Manager – Ecommerce (Amazon Marketplace)

Mumbai | Full-Time | Leadership Role At Bianca Home LLP, we're looking for an entrepreneurial Ecommerce leader who can take complete ownership of our Amazon business and help scale multiple consumer brands across India. This is not a catalog management role. This is a business-building role. You will own the growth, profitability, visibility, advertising, and marketplace strategy for brands including: ✔ Bianca Home ✔ Nautica Home India ✔ NinoCo ✔ Upcoming lifestyle and home brands

What you'll own: • End-to-end Amazon business P&L • Amazon Advertising & campaign management • Growth strategy and revenue acceleration • Search ranking, SEO and digital shelf optimization • Product launches and category expansion • Inventory planning and forecasting • Marketplace analytics and performance reporting • Agency and vendor management • Building scalable systems for long-term growth

Who we're looking for: • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience • Proven track record of scaling brands on Amazon India • Strong understanding of Sponsored Ads, DSP, SEO, catalog optimization and marketplace algorithms • Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen • Someone who thinks like an owner, not an account manager
