Sandhata Technologies is hiring Senior Java Engineers for its client NatWest, for positions based in Chennai / Bengaluru.

We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or have a maximum notice period of 15 days.

Key Skill Set

• Strong Core Java & Spring Boot development
• Enterprise Microservices & REST APIs
• Generative AI / LLMs / AI-assisted development
• Hands-on exposure to Kiro, Agentic X or similar AI coding/agentic platforms
• IBM MQ & Apache Kafka messaging and event-driven architecture
• DevOps, CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines
• Oracle & MongoDB relational and NoSQL databases
• Enterprise security, API security and secure coding
• Banking/Financial Services experience is desirable
• Payments/SWIFT/ISO 20022/ISO 15022 knowledge is an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Use AI models and coding agents to accelerate software development.
• Convert business requirements into prompts/specifications for AI-assisted development.
• Review, debug, refactor and optimize AI-generated code.
• Ensure code meets enterprise standards for security, performance and maintainability.
• Develop REST APIs, integrations and messaging components using Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Build unit, integration and component tests.
• Work with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI development tools and introduce useful AI-assisted engineering practices
