Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong AWS Cloud expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend applications using Java and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java technologies.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with AWS Services:
• EC2
• S3
• Lambda
• RDS
• CloudWatch
• SNS/SQS
• API Gateway
• IAM
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to Terraform or CloudFormation.
• AWS Certification is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
