Senior Java J2EE Developer (Reactive Programming)

Role & responsibilities

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Reactive Programming.
• Experience building scalable RESTful services and distributed applications.
• Good understanding of data structures, collections, multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Reactive WebFlux, Mono, and Flux.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Oracle DB/Cassandra.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to independently design and develop services from scratch.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong coding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise application development.
• Exposure to cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and participate in architectural discussions.
