Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug, tune, and optimize Java Microservices and Spring Boot applications.
• Understand business requirements from Jira and independently deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop scalable and maintainable applications using OOP, OOAD, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Thread Pools.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including Oracle, Sybase, and MongoDB.
• Implement unit and behavior-driven testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka, JMS, and Solace.
• Follow Agile/SDLC best practices and collaborate effectively with distributed global teams.
• Participate in CI/CD processes using Jenkins, RLM, and Lightspeed.
• Ensure code quality and security using SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Black Duck.
• Manage source code and collaborate with teams using Git/Bitbucket.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Create and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems.
• Work with cloud-native development practices, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Microservices, and Containers.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and demonstrate leadership within the development team.
