Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):

• Strong Banking domain experience is mandatory – required to understand financial workflows, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Deferred Compensation systems is a plus
• 6 to 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience in Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch for backend development
• Expertise in Angular 17, Bootstrap, SCSS, CSS, and HTML5 for modern UI development.
• Proficient in building scalable applications, REST APIs, and responsive frontends.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.
• Follow coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure maintainable and high-quality code.
• Perform peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative development practices.
