Senior Java Developer

Lead and manage a team of L2 and l3 team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables

• should have hands on development experience
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Act as a technical mentor, guiding team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement in , problem management performance and reliability
• Implement Production fixes , drive Automation, problem management ,deployments, and post-release monitoring, Month end closing
• Handle incident management and ensure minimal downtime

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation B.Tech / B.Sc (IT)
