Senior Java Developer

5+ years in a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Solutions Lead capacity. Expert-level Java and Spring Boot development experience. Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. Advanced React development experience in enterprise environments. Strong experience with event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka. Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures. Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or similar. Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization. Experience working within cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), Supply Chain, Retail, Inventory, Logistics, or Fulfillment platforms. Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch. Knowledge of Temporal workflows or orchestration platforms. Experience implementing observability solutions including logs, metrics, tracing, and dashboards. Familiarity with domain-driven design and event sourcing concepts. Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.
