Skill Sets and capabilities :-

1. 5+IT experience with 4+ years as a Senior Developer with hands on development experience throughout
2. Should have worked on Java technology for min 4 years.
3. Excellent in Java, J2EE
4. Excellent on Struts 2.0, Spring 2.5 and Hibernate 3.0 framework
5. Good hands on with SQL queries
6. Experienced in at least 2 application servers such as TOMCAT, Websphere (WAS), Web Logic, JBOSS
7. Aware of SDLC processes and documentation
8. Aware of source control (SVN, VSS)
9. Banking domain experience preferred
10. Experienced in direct client interaction
11. Ability to participate in end to requirement gathering and solutioning with client stakeholders
12. Should be able to join in 1- month time or less
13. Should be team player
