About this role
- Responsibilities:• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement scalable Microservices following industry best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Build and support event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Apply SOLID principles and Design Patterns to produce clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Develop cloud-native applications and support deployments on cloud platforms.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes. - Mandatory Skills:

- Mandatory Skills Description:• 6 to 8.6 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.
• Strong experience in developing applications using Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of Design Principles, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
• Good understanding of Database Concepts, SQL, and data modelling.
• Basic working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Git and source code management practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Exposure to Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Experience working with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools.
