Job Description

A leading MNC IT services company is hiring experienced Java professionals for multiple opportunities across backend development, full-stack engineering, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP). Openings are available for Java Developers, Senior Software Engineers, and Lead Engineers, with candidates shortlisted based on their skills and experience.

Important: The face-to-face hiring drive will be conducted in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on 24 October 2026. The final work location is Pune, Maharashtra, and selected candidates will be required to work on-site.

Key Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and distributed applications.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Apply OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
• Work with relational databases and optimize SQL queries and transactions.
• Implement integrations using Kafka, message queues, and related technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to cloud deployment, CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives.
• For full-stack positions, develop web applications using ReactJS or Angular.
• For relevant projects, contribute to Generative AI, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows.
• Senior and lead-level professionals may contribute to system design, architecture, technical mentoring, and engineering decisions.

Required Qualifications

• 512 years of relevant software development experience, depending on the position.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.
• Experience with SQL databases and unit testing frameworks such as JUnit/Mockito.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
