TechBulls is an Offshore Delivery Center (ODC) for our parent company Software Application and information Solutions (Pty) Ltd (SAiS) head quartered in Gaborone Botswana. We form part of the four affiliates of SAiS located in Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, USA and India.
