Job Description
Intellics Global is looking for an experienced Female IT Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and client handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage client requirements independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, CTC, notice period, and location.
- Submit qualified profiles to clients within agreed timelines.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Follow up on interview feedback and selection status.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer management, counter-offers, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Manage multiple requirements and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent client-handling and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
