• WSUS (Windows Server Update Services)
• ISP coordination and troubleshooting
• Routers and switches
• LAN setup and troubleshooting
• DHCP and DNS
• VPN and RDP configuration and troubleshooting
• Hardware troubleshooting for laptops and desktops
• Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• IT asset management and tracking
• Network and printer-related troubleshooting
• Data backup and basic backup management
• Employee onboarding and offboarding support
• Troubleshooting and user support through chat, calls, and ticketing systems
• Ability to use ChatGPT effectively for IT troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, and finding solutions
