Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment process for various positions, including technical hiring and niche hiring.
• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns with a focus on technical hiring.
• Strong understanding of technology hiring trends and industry developments in the US market.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
