Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with 7+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful closures.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
