Senior IT Recruiter

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Experience: 47 Years.
Work Mode: Work From Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end domestic IT recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate joining.
Prior experience in team handling / Team Lead responsibilities is mandatory.
Lead and guide a team of recruiters, distribute requirements, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of recruitment targets.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
Handle IT requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, and more.
Understand client requirements and submit relevant, qualified profiles within the required timelines.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and clients, and manage offer negotiations.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and regular status updates.
Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Guide junior recruiters on sourcing strategies and recruitment processes, whenever required.

Required Skills:

4–7 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.

Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage urgent requirements, and achieve recruitment targets.

Experience in client coordination and mentoring junior recruiters is an added advantage.
