Senior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent across various technology stacks
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit (Monster), Indeed, Shine, referrals, social media, and networking channels
• Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, and competency assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit
• Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Drive recruitment activities to ensure timely closure of critical and niche technology positions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring dashboards, and provide periodic reports to management
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to recruitment best practices
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and documentation requirements
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to streamline hiring workflows
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, resume screening, candidate matching, market intelligence, and recruitment automation
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring drives, and talent acquisition projects

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of IT Recruitment experience
• Strong expertise in End-to-End Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit (Monster), Indeed, Shine, and other sourcing platforms
• Experience hiring for Software Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, and ERP roles
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment reporting
