About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.
Job Requirements :
