Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows/Linux Servers, virtualization and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Entra ID.
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & Firewalls (SonicWall).
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues.
• Manage Endpoint Security, EDR, patching, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Handle IT assets, vendors, licenses and infrastructure monitoring.
• Support ISO 27001, IT audits, information security and compliance.
• Perform RCA and ensure SLA-based incident resolution.
• Support infrastructure projects, migrations and network upgrades.
• DLP knowledge is an added advantage.
