Senior IT Business Analyst

Job Description:

Toll Group is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support warehouse operations, business process optimisation, and technology-driven improvements.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, analysing existing WMS configurations, documenting functional needs, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver effective warehouse management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, challenges, and enhancement needs related to Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS.

- Analyse existing WMS configurations, business processes, and data to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.

- Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Translate warehouse and logistics requirements into functional solution designs and recommendations.

- Work with technical teams to support WMS configuration, customisation, enhancements, and implementation activities.

- Support the development of warehouse reports, labels, dashboards, and KPI metrics based on operational and business requirements.

- Analyse warehouse workflows and assist with site configuration and process design based on operational needs.

- Coordinate data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting requirements to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

- Support integrations between Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS and related business systems.

- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and validation of implemented changes.

- Train warehouse operators and superusers on WMS functionality, process changes, and reporting capabilities.

- Prepare user guides, functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.

- Monitor system adoption, gather user feedback, and recommend further enhancements.

- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS across development and implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS functionality, architecture, configuration, and warehouse processes.

- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.

- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfilment.

- Experience with WMS reporting, dashboards, labels, KPIs, and operational data analysis.

- Understanding of ETL processes, data quality, data validation, and system integrations.

- Ability to coordinate with business users, developers, implementation teams, and customers.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience configuring warehouse environments and implementing warehouse process flows.

- Familiarity with WMS integrations, reporting tools, and enterprise supply chain systems.

- Experience delivering end-user training and supporting post-implementation improvements.

- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
