Job Summary

Manages endpoint infrastructure, enterprise mobility, application deployment, automation, and endpoint security ensuring corporate and BYOD devices are securely enrolled, compliant, and optimized to support a modern digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), including compliance, governance, and audit/sign-in log review.
• Manage Windows Autopilot, device enrollment, and BYOD/corporate identifier programs.
• Oversee MDM/MAM and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Package, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise applications.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Implement endpoint security controls (BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, etc.) and remediate compliance issues.
• Support digital workplace and IT transformation initiatives.
