Senior ISC Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities of the Role

The role is primarily a Quality Notification (QN) Coordinator position.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Quality Notification Management

• Coordinate and manage quality notifications raised across the organization.
• Handle notifications related to:
• Product quality complaints.
• Service-related complaints.
• Specification deviations impacting customers.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with multiple ISC functions.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality notifications.
• Follow up with stakeholders on open actions and pending requests.

3. Root Cause Investigation (RCI) Coordination

• Coordinate Root Cause Investigations.
• Track completion of investigation activities.
• Ensure required actions are completed by responsible teams.

4. CRM Task Management

• Assign investigation and corrective action tasks in CRM.
• Monitor completion status.
• Escalate overdue activities when necessary.

5. RCI Validation

• Review and validate RCIs submitted by various functions.
• Challenge incomplete or weak investigations.
• Ensure investigation quality meets organizational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in:
• Quality Operations
• Supply Chain Support
• Customer Service
• Supply Chain Systems

Mandatory Skills

• SAP ECC experience.
• Strong operational discipline.
• High attention to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills.

Ability to handle transactional and data-management activities
