Senior IPQA Executive (In-Process Quality Assurance)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IPQA/QA in Food Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
• Experience in handling external audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, customer audits, etc.) is required.
• Experience in spice manufacturing/FMCG food industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process quality checks during spice manufacturing and packing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
• Conduct shop-floor quality inspections and hygiene audits.
• Maintain IPQA records, batch documents, and quality reports.
• Handle external audits and support audit documentation & CAPA closure.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams for continuous improvement.

Qualification:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety systems and quality documentation.

Candidate Preference:

• Male candidates preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work at the manufacturing plant in Bahalgarh, Sonipat.
