Candidate Eligibility & Mandatory Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year of proven experience in an International Voice Process.
• English Proficiency: Must possess C1-Level (Fluent/Expert) spoken & written English skills.
• Target Company Experience: Prior work experience at one of the following organizations is Preferred:
• American Express (Amex)
• Barclays
• Cvent
• Telus International
• MetLife

• Location: Must be based in or comfortable commuting/relocating to Gurugram.
