Senior International Travel Advisor

Purpose: Design and sell premium international holidays, and manage the visa, flight and on-ground complexity that comes with them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise clients on luxury international travel: Europe, UK, Switzerland, Dubai, Maldives, Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, USA and cruises
• Build detailed, multi-country itineraries with accurate costing, including hotels, transfers, sightseeing and experiences
• Coordinate with international DMCs and suppliers; negotiate rates and inclusions
• Guide clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, forex and documentation, and track applications to approval
• Work with the ticketing team to align flights with the itinerary
• Handle pre-departure briefings and respond to on-trip issues across time zones
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets set in your KRAs

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 to 8 years in international leisure travel sales, with at least 3 years in premium or luxury packages
• Personal or detailed working knowledge of at least 8 to 10 major international destinations
• Strong understanding of Schengen, UK, USA, UAE and other major visa processes
• Proven record of closing high-value (5 lakh and above) family or group bookings
• Fluent English and Hindi; strong written communication for proposals
• Advanced Excel costing skills and CRM experience

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience handling honeymoon, multigenerational or milestone-celebration travel
• Existing relationships with international DMCs
• Own international travel experience

• Zero avoidable visa or documentation errors
