Control Print Limited is hiring a Senior Manager Sales to drive international revenue growth for its Track & Trace Division, covering Serialization, Product Authentication, and Compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop international sales strategy, manage complete sales cycle (lead to closure), negotiate pricing and proposals, build sales pipeline, manage key client relationships, develop international distributors/channel partners, represent company at global exhibitions.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering/Business/Marketing (MBA preferred). 8–12 years in B2B/international sales, ideally in Track & Trace, Coding & Marking, Industrial Automation, or Packaging Machinery. Proven track record of hitting targets and opening new markets.
