Job Summary

Senior Intermediate Architect Job Opening - Join Our Noida Team! India Office - Full-time - On-Site.

Responsibilities

• Drawing Production: Primarily responsible for production of building project drawings during all design and construction phases including as-Builts, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation Sets and others meeting Project owner's expectations (Internal and external).
• Drawing Production: Provide/ Report the hours spent on the assigned project tasks using the prescribed tools and methods.
• Quality Assurance: Able to follow company's internal SOPs, client specific BIM templates and implement Quality Checking of as-built drawings, architectural/interior design and construction documents.
• Team Working: Working in conjunction with Intermediate/ Senior Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers and Intermediate Architects/ Interior Designers/ Engineers as per the reporting protocols.
• Team Working: Self-management of assigned tasks for efficient, error-free, and timely deliveries.
• Expertise: Good knowledge of Building Construction systems and standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of Revit.
• Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering design documentation background preferred with knowledge of general design documentation standards, practices and procedures.
• Strong understanding of the architectural/ interior design/ engineering design processes both in the office and on site.
• Ability to execute a given set of processes and procedures right the first time to prevent performance, availability and productivity losses.
• Good written and spoken English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred with a minimum 4-8 years of experience in the AEC industry with matching work experience.
• Experience in design and documentation of Architectural/ Interior Design/ Engineering projects - New construction and renovation.
