Position Overview
The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and executing interior fit-out works at site as per approved drawings and specifications. The role involves close coordination with designers, project managers, vendors, contractors, and labour to ensure timely execution, quality control, safety compliance, and smooth site operations across residential, commercial, and retail interior projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute interior works at site as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors
- Study and interpret AutoCAD drawings and ensure correct site implementation
- Plan daily site activities and manage manpower and subcontractors
- Monitor work progress, quality, and timelines; prepare site progress reports
- Ensure material availability, coordinate deliveries, and track material consumption
- Maintain quality control standards and enforce site safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage snag clearance
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and handover activities
- Assist in measurements, billing, and BOQ verification
- Identify site-level issues and propose practical solutions
- Maintain site discipline, labour attendance, and daily records
- Attend site review and coordination meetings
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
- Good command over labour handling and site execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
