About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Senior
Interior Designer / Architect to lead interior design projects from concept to final execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical design expertise, project management skills,
and hands-on experience in space planning, material selection, and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Concept & Design Development: Create comprehensive interior design concepts, floor
plans, layouts, 3D renderings, and mood boards tailored to residential/commercial client
requirements.

Architectural & Working Drawings: Prepare detailed 2D working drawings,
elevations, sections, carpentry details, electrical, and plumbing layouts using CAD
software.


Material & Finishes Selection: Source, specify, and select appropriate materials,
furniture, lighting, textures, colors, and finishes within project budgets.
Site Execution & Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure
compliance with design specifications, resolve technical issues, and maintain high quality
standards.

Client & Vendor Management: Communicate directly with clients to present proposals
and manage project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to
ensure seamless project delivery.
Project Budgeting & Estimation: Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities
(BOQ), and project schedules.

Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture (B.Arch), or related
qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in interior design or
architecture.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp,
Photoshop, Revit, or V-Ray/Corona rendering tools.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction details, interior materials,
furniture design, site execution processes, and building codes.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time
management skills.
