About this role
About Elara & Co.
A boutique interior design studio in Bengaluru, creating personalised luxury homes and select commercial spaces. Our philosophy: Crafting Timeless Luxury.
The Role
An immediate opening. Lead luxury residential projects, and the occasional commercial one, from first brief to handover, owning the design, the drawings and the client relationship.
What you will do
• Turn client briefs into space plans, concepts, mood boards and 3D visuals, and present them
• Prepare and review working drawings for joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, ceilings and lighting
• Select materials, finishes, fittings, furniture and styling
• Prepare BOQs and estimates, and keep projects within budget
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and vendors; visit sites to check workmanship
• Guide junior designers and visualisers, and see projects through snags and handover
What you bring
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture, ideally with 5+ years of experience
• A strong luxury residential portfolio with completed, bespoke work
• Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, a rendering tool and Adobe Creative Suite
• Sound working drawings, BOQs and services coordination
• Confidence with clients, and comfort with AI-assisted design tools
• Commercial or hospitality experience is an advantage
Why Elara
Work closely with the founder, own your projects, and help shape the studio's design standards and client experience.
