Role: Senior Interior Designer

Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Location: BKC , Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development to GFC and execution. The role will involve design development, space planning, technical detailing, material selection, project coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept design to GFC/execution.
• Develop layouts, space plans, mood boards, material palettes and design presentations.
• Prepare/review working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Manage materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and fixtures.
• Review shop drawings, material samples and mock-ups.
• Coordinate site execution and resolve design/execution issues.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design quality.

Required Skills:

• Strong space planning and design development
• GFC & working drawings
• Technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Material & finish knowledge
• Site execution / interior fit-out
• Vendor, contractor & stakeholder coordination
• AutoCAD and SketchUp
• 3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in high-end residential, luxury, hospitality, commercial, retail or corporate interiors will be preferred.
