We are looking for a creative, customer-focused and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our Modular Interiors team in Coimbatore & Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and understand their requirements, lifestyle, preferences and budget.
• Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living rooms and complete home interiors.
• Prepare space planning, 2D layouts, working drawings and 3D visualisations.
• Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements and understand site conditions.
• Prepare design presentations, material specifications, colour schemes and finish selections.
• Understand modular furniture, materials, hardware, accessories and manufacturing requirements.
• Present designs to clients and incorporate revisions based on feedback.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Project and Installation teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure approved designs are practical, technically feasible and execution-friendly.
• Prepare/coordinate BOQs, specifications and design-related documentation.
• Conduct site visits during execution to resolve design-related issues.
• Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure projects are completed as per approved design, quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp/3D software.
• Knowledge of modular kitchen and furniture design.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, hardware and interior detailing.
• Strong space-planning and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits within Coimbatore / Kochi

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in interior design/modular interiors preferred.
• Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes and residential/Commercial interiors will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong software skills and a good design portfolio may also be considered.
