We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior projects from concept to completion.
What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation.
- Plan spaces efficiently while ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor (FF&E).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in residential interior design.
- Strong expertise in space planning and residential interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (or similar design software).
- Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing.
- Experience with FF&E selection and material specification.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Leadership experience with mentoring or managing junior designers is preferred.
- Passion for creating thoughtful, functional, and high-quality living spaces.
