Responsibilities

• Create spatial layouts, conceptual designs, and detailed working drawings.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with the production facility and site engineers to ensure design precision.
• Present design concepts and proposals to luxury residential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Proven track record of managing premium residential projects in Kerala.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
