Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, client-facing experience, and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution while ensuring high-quality design standards and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and/or commercial projects.
• Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, presentations, and detailed design proposals.
• Create and review 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and project execution teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor elements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring adherence to design standards.
• Resolve design and execution challenges effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in interior designing.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent space planning and detailing skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in turnkey interior projects.
• Knowledge of BOQs, material specifications, and vendor coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Familiarity with current design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
