Senior Interior Designer Architect

This role combines Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Product Consultant during Phase 1 with a Lead Interior Architect / Execution Lead in Phase 2.

Role: Interior Design Consultant & Execution Lead (Contract-to-Permanent)
Experience: 5-10 Years | Location: Hyderabad / On-site & Hybrid
Engagement Model
Phase 1 (Contract / Consulting): Product SME & Interior Tech Consultant (36 months)

Phase 2 (Permanent / Full-Time): Lead Interior Architect & Execution Head (Post Go-Live)

Key Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Product Development & SME Advisory (Contractual)
  
• Define standardized interior design rules, modular kitchen/wardrobe dimensions, clearances, and material matrices for software developers.
  
• Curate residential design themes, finishes, furniture packages, and space-planning templates (villas and premium apartments).
  
• Assist software engineers and product managers with pricing logic, and 2D/3D layout rendering.
  
• Conduct design testing, edge-case validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before software go-live.
  
• Phase 2: Full-Scale Execution & Delivery (Permanent)
  
• Lead end-to-end interior architecture and turnkey execution for projects acquired via the platform.
  
• Manage site teams, project timelines, GFC drawings, contractors, and material procurement.
  
• Serve as the senior client-facing design authority ensuring site delivery matches software specifications.
  

Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of proven hands-on experience in high-end residential interiors (apartments, independent houses, villas).
  
• Prior experience with design-tech platforms or building standardized modular design catalogues is a strong plus.
