About Us Resonate is an Australian scale-up with an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) SaaS platform. Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform helps leading organisations better understand their customers and employees through surveys, analytics, text insights, and reporting. We work with a growing portfolio of enterprise customers across multiple industries and are continuing to expand globally. As part of that growth, we are building out our Data Analytics team in Kochi and are looking for an experienced Senior Insights Analyst to help deliver high-quality insights and reporting for our clients.
The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Insights Analyst who enjoys turning complex customer and operational data into clear, actionable business insights. This is a senior individual contributor role where you’ll independently lead insights and reporting projects, support client-facing deliverables, and help mentor junior analysts within the team. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and UX teams to help clients better understand customer behaviour, key trends, and opportunities for improvement across their CX programs. The role combines analytical thinking with strong communication and storytelling skills, helping translate data into meaningful recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Own customer insights and reporting projects end-to-end, from understanding the business context through to analysis, insight generation, and presentation delivery
- Work with customer experience, survey, operational, and behavioural data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations
- Build high-quality, client-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and QBR insight narratives
- Partner with Customer Success teams to support client discussions and present findings in a clear, business-relevant way
- Leverage AI tools and modern analytics workflows to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation
- Work closely with Product, UX, and Customer teams to deepen understanding of customer journeys, behaviours, and product usage
- Mentor and support junior analysts by reviewing work, sharing best practices, and helping raise the overall quality of insights delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardise reporting frameworks, insight methodologies, and analytics processes across client accounts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal analytics tooling, reporting approaches, and presentation standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business insights, or customer insights roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working across reporting, dashboarding, and customer insights analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality analytical outputs for stakeholders or clients
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate findings and recommendations to both commercial and technical audiences
- Experience building client-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence working directly with Australian stakeholders and clients
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts
- A degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Computer Science
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in SaaS, customer experience (CX), Voice of Customer (VoC), or client-facing analytics environments is highly regarded
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience working with customer feedback, survey, or text analytics data
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics and reporting workflows
- Strong Power BI or dashboarding experience
- Experience supporting QBRs, business reviews, or executive reporting
- Comfort working with global teams and stakeholders across Australia/APAC time zones
