- Manage sales forecasting, annual budgeting, SKU planning, and product phase-in/phase-out activities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support customer demand and production planning.
- Maintain relationships with international customers and Customer Sales Engineers (CSEs) through regular communication and business reviews.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, transfer pricing (TP) updates, and manage pricing databases.
- Maintain SAP master data, price lists, and quotation records.
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely product delivery through close collaboration with internal teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead customer factory visits and coordinate customer-related activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Export Sales, or Commercial Support, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Experience in pricing, forecasting, customer management, and sales operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
