Senior Inside Sales Specialist - 4 To 8 years - US Shift

We are looking for passionate & enthusiastic Inside Sales & Lead Generation specialists

Work Timing - 5:00 or 5:30 PM onwards (8 to 9 hours shift) US Shift Timing

Aziro | Pune or Bangalore | Hybrid, 3 days in office | US shift, 8 hours between 5:30 PM and 5:00 AM IST | 4 to 8 years

Aziro is a US-headquartered engineering and AI services company with teams in Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, and the Bay Area. You may be the first person a US executive hears from when learning about the company.

• Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities through high-activity calling, email, and LinkedIn to VP, Director, and above at US-headquartered companies, many of which also have engineering or GCC teams in India.
• Research each account and person before you reach out, so every touch shows you did the homework.
• Book qualified first meetings for our sales team. Target: 2 a month in your first quarter, 4 a month after that.
• Build rapport with prospects and re-engage older leads to keep the pipeline growing.
• Follow up on every lead within 12 hours and log every touch in our tracker the same day.
• 3+ years of telephone-based outbound B2B sales at an IT services or software company, selling into the US.
• Clear spoken and written English, confident on a live call with a US executive.
• You follow a defined process and you ask questions early when something is unclear.
• You learn new services fast. Within a month you can explain what a client gets from product engineering, cloud, QA, or AI work.
• Graduate in any discipline. Strong online research skills and ability to personalize.
