Location: KPHB – 5th Phase, Hyderabad

Shift Timings: Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM | Saturday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing recruitment activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to offer management and successful placement.
• Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct cold calling, candidate engagement, and initial screening to identify suitable candidates.
• Source profiles through various job portals, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques such as headhunting, employee referrals, social networking, database mining, and job postings.
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely collection of interview feedback.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in internal databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Participate in weekly meetings and prepare weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with IT recruitment and multiple sourcing methodologies.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.
