Senior Implementation Associate

We are looking for Implementation Specialist in a techno-functional capacity who has a good understanding of technology and is confident in client interactions. The primary responsibility will be aligned to the implementation of the Amplify product for enterprise customers.

• Serve as a single point of contact between the client/business area and internal stakeholders for the life cycle of the project.
• Lead multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact to customers.
• Work independently to complete tasks on time and collaborate with others as part of a team.
• Build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain project deliverables and documentation that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.
• Plan and execute projects with input gathered from the client/business area and develop an environment which meets current and anticipated business requirements and objectives of the customers.
• Support the client during the project lifecycle during UAT cycles, assisting with process and product related queries and guiding them.
• Interface with the Product and Technology teams in the development of technology products, service standards and guide development efforts to create maximum meaningful impact to client/business area.

An ideal candidate should be:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate with specialization in computers preferred, however no restriction as long as the individual is willing to learn
• Willing to learn the functional aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent at interpersonal, oral and written communication.
